Had a memorable New Year experience. The breakfast was diverse, consisting of both Western and Asian options. The hotel's proximity to the river made transportation easy, with frequent ferry rides to the city center and nearby malls. The view from the rooftop was fantastic, and the fireworks display during New Year was amazing.

The location of the hotel was slightly further from the city center than expected, making some tourist spots harder to reach. The language barrier was also an issue with some staff members, but this was not very significant as most were able to communicate in English.

Delicious breakfast, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near shopping mall and Tawana Market.

Absolutely nothing.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which included a variety of freshly baked goods and a wide selection of fruit. the hotel's central location made it easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool area, which was well-maintained and offered a pleasant escape from the bustling city.

The room decor was a bit dated and in need of some TLC. the noise from the nearby traffic could be heard even with the windows closed, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, suggesting places for us to go and even arranging for private tours. The location was convenient for the Rajamangala Stadium, which was our primary purpose for this trip. We did not have any trouble with cleanliness and the facilities of the hotel were adequate. It was great to have breakfast available, and we appreciated the convenience of a convenience store nearby.

The luxurious amenities at this exclusive hotel were amazing. the service was impeccable, the sauna and outdoor swimming pool were top-notch, and the sun terrace and garden area provided a serene escape from the bustling city. the room was definitely a standout, with exclusive advantages and a stunning view from the pool. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious meals and quality drinks, and with the option of packed lunches, you could easily spend all day enjoying the private facilities.

While close to some location advantages like a large mall and the canal, it wasn't close to the city center or major tourist attractions.

This hotel is located in an area that is not close to railway stations, but it is serviced by canal water taxis and the location is improving with road construction nearby. the rooms are clean with comfortable beds and the breakfast is a decent start to the day. the rooftop pool is a nice spot to relax in the afternoon.

The slow elevators can be frustrating, especially during peak times.
